Hello! I am Alisha Paneru, a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for improving healthcare systems. My background is rooted in high-pressure clinical environments, specifically within the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), where I developed strong critical thinking and crisis management skills.
Currently, I am expanding my horizon by pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Centria University of Applied Sciences. My goal is to combine my clinical experience with business management principles to contribute effectively to healthcare administration, operations, or leadership roles.
